CONVEYANCING & HIPS
As of 21st May 2010 Home Information Packs have been suspended. This means that homes marketed for sale on or after this date will no longer require a Home Information Pack.
They will, however, still require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and this will need to have been commissioned prior to marketing but does not need to have been received.
