Regents Estate Agents has been branded “the nicest estate agents in Surrey” after employee Chris Menzies assisted a lady who came into the Sunbury branch after colliding with a kerb which burst her tyre.
Lesley Christiane, a full time carer from Twickenham, was on her way to Tescos when she accidentally hit a kerb subsequently bursting her tyre. With no battery left on her mobile phone, Ms Christiane panicked as she knew her father would be concerned if she was too long and so went into Regents Estate Agents on Staines Road West to use their phone.
Ms Christiane comments “I was so embarrassed as I was on the phone for quite some time trying to get hold of someone to fix my tyre. Then, Chris Menzies offered to change it for me to save me the time and cost of getting someone out, even though he was in his suit.”
Chris Menzies, Sales Negotiator at Regents in Sunbury said “We treat anyone that walks into our branch as a customer, regardless of their enquiry, but I just happened to be in the right place at the right time and was pleased I could help.”
“Estate agents get quite a bad reputation, but they couldn’t have been nicer to me that evening” concluded Ms Christiane.
