To celebrate their 21st Anniversary, Badger Holdings, parent company to Regents estate agents, held a very special annual awards dinner and party on Saturday 4th February 2012 at the Beaumont House in Old Windsor with entertainment provided by top London comedian Tim Clark.
The snow didn’t deter 200 staff members from the Badger Holdings Group turning out to learn who 2011’s top performers were. In fact, it offered a very apt setting for the winners who found out they would be jetting off in March, to the luxury ski resort of Courchevel 1850 for a 5* adventure. Other prizes also included financial bonuses, team nights out and a trip to Ascot races.
The 30 awards are designed to recognise outstanding performance and commitment from individuals and teams across the company, as well as aim to encourage newer members of staff to reach their full potential. In addition to some long-established categories, three new additions were added in the form of Rookie Manager of the Year, INEX Employee of the Year and a special Best of the Best award for the top combined sales and lettings branch. Regents were lucky enough to walk away winners of Top Sales Branch Excellent Customer Feedback 2011 as well as receiveing prizes in Top Branch Conveyancing 2011 and Top Sales Branch Against Target 2011.
Chief Executive, Séamus Kavanagh, comments “The annual awards night is our favourite event of the year, giving the group management board the opportunity to reflect on what has been accomplished over the past 12 months. Being able to recognise and thank our top performers in a forum like this is hugely beneficial and motivational to the whole business, not just for those who have won, but to those who are inspired to join them next year, and we are looking forward to taking an even larger group of winners skiing next month.
